Dr. Kevin was born at Great Lakes Naval Base in 1974, and grew up in the Crystal Lake area. As a 1993 graduate of Crystal Lake Central High School , Dr. Kevin did his undergraduate studies at the University of Iowa . He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University if Illinois Chicago in 2000 and is a member of the A.D.A., I.S.D.S., M.C.H.D.S., and the C.D.S.. Dr. Kevin married his high school sweetheart, Tabatha Corbin, also a CLC 93' graduate and Iowa alum, in the summer of 2000. They now reside in Crystal Lake with their beautiful daughters.
